Shipping Origins

Our products are shipped from two different locations, depending on the item:

• Japan (International shipping via EMS)

• Singapore (Domestic shipping)

The shipping origin for each product is clearly indicated on the individual product page.

Items Shipped from Singapore (Domestic Delivery)

Shipping Method & Fees

Products stocked and shipped from Singapore are delivered via local courier services.

• Shipping Fee: Free

• Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch

Customs & Taxes

As these items are shipped domestically within Singapore, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Items Shipped from Japan (International EMS Shipping)

Shipping Method

Products shipped from Japan are delivered via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking.

Shipping Fees (Japan → Singapore)

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total parcel weight, including product packaging and protective materials.

• EMS Shipping – Small (up to 500g): SGD 17

• EMS Shipping – Standard (501g – 1kg): SGD 24

• EMS Shipping – Large (1kg – 1.5kg): SGD 32

If the actual shipment weight exceeds the selected shipping option, we will contact you before dispatch to request an additional shipping fee.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders shipped from Japan via EMS are typically delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All items shipped from Japan may be subject to import duties, GST, or customs handling fees imposed by Singapore authorities.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Mixed Orders (Japan + Singapore Items)

If your order contains items shipped from both Japan and Singapore, the items may be shipped separately.

Please note:

• Separate shipments may result in different delivery times

• International shipping fees apply only to items shipped from Japan

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,

• failure to pay applicable import duties or taxes,

• refusal or failure to receive the package,

the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, return, or re-shipping costs incurred.

Shipping Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs inspections,

• carrier or courier delays,

• weather conditions,

• force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, where applicable.
